Delivery
Please note the majority of items are made to order, on reciept of you purchase I will contact you to let you know the estimated dispatch date, normally this is between 5-10 working days. If you would like your items sooner please contact me and I will try my best to accomadate. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail or courier depending on the size and weight of your order.
If ordering multiple items, the best shipping rate should calculate automatically, however if we can reduce this for you I will contact you once you have
placed your order and refund the difference via PayPal. Some of your items may be dispatched separately - but all for the same shipping cost, no extra.
Currently I only ship and deliver to Mainland UK only, if ou are an international buyer please contact me for more information.
Collection
At present I do not offer an automated collection, if you would like to collect and like in the Swansea district please contact me before purchasing to discuss collection options.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your Sewbeautiful purchases but if you are unhappy for any reason please contact me in writing within 5 working days of receipt of you item.
Due to the nature of personalised items, I regret we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty for any reason.
